Valid Credit Card & Deposit

We require a valid credit card on file for all appointments. A deposit is also required to book your appointment and hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit goes towards covering your premium quality supplies and is subtracted from your final total. Deposits if left un-used will expire in six months and a new deposit will be required.

If you need to make a change to your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Good Candidate

If you are not sure if you are a good candidate for a treatment, please call us before booking an appointment online for a consultation instead. Recent illness, surgeries, skin treatments, injections, and some at-home product use may make you ineligible for our services temporarily, so please call us for a consultation.

Making Appointments

When you make an appointment, that time period will be RESERVED FOR YOU ONLY. We do not over-book in case of cancellations, which means we lose money if you do not show up. We prepare supplies for your appointment and pay our staff to be there for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, 24 business hours advance notice is required. Unless you give 24 business hours notice of canceling/rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged the full amount due. If you purchased a package, you will lose one of your sessions. ‍

Terms and Conditions

All services, packages of services, and gift cards are non-refundable. Expiration date for packages and gift cards is 12 months after initial purchase. Consistency is key to great results! ‍ If you are at some point unable to complete a purchased package of services for medical, relocation, or other unforeseen reasons, the value of the package can be used towards our other products and services or you may choose to gift them to someone else.
